Mode of action:

POLYDOSIL GK is a synergistic mixture of organic and inorganic cationic corrosion inhibitors with polyelectrolytes (free of zinc and chromate).
The product is used for conditioning closed systems with a low alkaline earth content and protects metal surfaces from corrosion attack. The polyelectrolytes support this effect and also act as dispersing agents.

Environmental sustainability:

POLYDOSIL GK has been assessed by medical and hygiene institutes as ecologically and toxicologically safe and classified as non-hazardous to water. Further information can be obtained from the EU safety data sheet.

Application/ Dosage:

The quantity to be used depends on the water quality and the condition of the plant and is determined accordingly by the technical advisor. The initial dosing depends on the product concentration in the circulation water, after which the dosing can be carried out by means of a fully automatic dosing system in proportion to the quantity of make-up water.
The POLYDOSIL GK content is measured using a simple analysis method.

Delivery terms:

The product is supplied in liquid form in containers of 30, 60 or 210 liters. 1000 liter containers are available for bulk buyers.
The product must be stored frost-free in closed containers. The shelf life is 2 years.
