FINEAMIN® 2407A

Corrosion inhibitor for heating systems and district heating networks with aluminum materials or mixed installations

Mode of action:

FINEAMIN 2407A is a mixture of dispersing polymers and aliphatic polyamines.

The product was specially developed to maintain the pH value stability range as an inhibitor in mixed installations (e.g. aluminum alloys) in district heating and heating networks.

The surface-active polyamines support the formation of a thin, homogeneous protective layer on the aluminium and steel surfaces and stabilize their structure. Contact between the metal surface and the electrolyte is prevented without affecting heat transfer.

Existing corrosion products and deposits are gently dispersed and broken down. Heat transfer is improved throughout the entire system
, which, in conjunction with the salt-free FINEAMIN, leads to considerable savings in water, energy and chemical costs.

Environmental sustainability:

FINEAMIN has been assessed by medical and hygiene institutes as ecologically and toxicologically safe and is biodegradable.
Further information can be found in the EU safety data sheet.

Application/dosage:

As a rule, VINEAMIN is added to the respective system as a diluted solution via a suitable dosing station. The quantity used depends on the water quality and the condition of the system and is determined accordingly by the specialist consultant.
The detection of FINEAMIN in the system is carried out either by a simple rapid test or a photometric test.

Delivery terms:

The product is supplied in liquid form in containers of 25, 60 or 210 liters. A 1000 liter container is available for large customers.
The product can be stored frost-free in closed containers for up to 2 years.
