FINEAMIN® 24P
Hardness stabilizer, dispersing and alkalizing agent for feed and boiler water of steam systems in the paper and food industry
Mode of action:
The polymers contained in FINEAMIN 24P stabilize and disperse alkaline earth salts and heavy metal oxides so that they can be removed via desludging. Existing deposits are slowly and gently removed, improving heat transfer.
Environmentally friendly:
FINEAMIN 24P fulfills the requirements of the following regulation:
- § Sections 30 and 31 of the German Foodstuffs, Commodities and Animal Feed Code
- Recommendation XXXVI of the Federal Office for Risk Assessment BfR on the health assessment of materials that come into contact with food
- EC Regulation 1935/2004 of the European Parliament on materials that come into contact with food.
FINEAMIN 24P can be used safely as an alkalizing and dispersing agent in boiler systems in the paper and board industry for the production of paper, board and cardboard for food packaging.
Application/ Dosage:
The quantity to be used is determined by the technical advisor. FINEAMIN 24P is preferably dosed into the boiler water or the feed water downstream of the injection water extraction. The detection of FINEAMIN 24P in boiler water is carried out using a simple rapid test or a photometric test.
Delivery terms:
It is supplied in liquid form in containers containing 200 liters. The product must be stored frost-free in closed containers. The shelf life is 2 years.
