Mode of action:

POLYDOSIL AK is a mixture of cationic polyelectrolytes (free of zinc and chromate).
The product is used for conditioning make-up water for cooling systems with high carbonate hardness. The polyelectrolytes support this effect and also act as dispersing agents. Due to its excellent cleaning effect, the product can also be used for the initial cleaning of cooling water systems.

Environmental sustainability:

POLYDOSIL AK has been assessed by medical and hygiene institutes as ecologically and toxicologically safe and is not classified as hazardous to water.
POLYDOSIL AK can be discharged into the sewage system. Further information can be obtained from the EU safety data sheet.

Application/ Dosage:

The quantity to be used depends on the water quality and the condition of the plant and is determined accordingly by the technical advisor. Dosing is carried out by means of a fully automatic dosing system, which is controlled depending on the make-up water flow rate, either directly into the circulation pump circuit or into the make-up water.
The POLYDOSIL AK content is measured using a simple analysis method.

Delivery terms:

The product is supplied in liquid form in containers of 30, 60 or 210 liters. 1000 liter containers are available for bulk buyers.
The product must be stored frost-free in closed containers. The shelf life is 2 years.
