Mode of action:

POLYDOSIL 50 is a mixture of inorganic, aliphatic phosphorus compounds.
The alkalizing effect minimizes the damaging influence of carbonic acid.

POLYDOSIL 50 prevents lime deposits in water of the hardness range medium and hard, corresponding to the total hardness of 1.5 to over 2.5 mmol/l.

Heat transfer at heating surfaces is improved throughout the plant, which, in combination with POLYDOSIL 50, results in significant savings in energy and chemical costs.

Environmental sustainability:

POLYDOSIL 50 has been evaluated by medical and hygienic institutes as ecologically and toxicologically safe. Up to an application concentration of 100 g per m³, the specifications of the TVO are complied with. Further information can be obtained from the EU safety data sheet.

Application/ Dosage:

POLYDOSIL 50 is added to the water circuit as a concentrated or diluted solution without any further additives. The quantity to be used depends on the water quality and the condition of the plant and is determined accordingly by the technical advisor.

The detection of POLYDOSIL 50 in the system is carried out either by a simple rapid test or a photometric test.

Delivery terms:

The product is supplied in liquid form in containers of 30, 60 or 210 liters.
The product must be stored frost-free in closed containers. The shelf life is 2 years.
