class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pendant 4 mois, notre produit HELAWAX HUM a \u00e9t\u00e9 dos\u00e9 dans un laveur de fum\u00e9es d&rsquo;une usine d&rsquo;incin\u00e9ration.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de tester si le dosage permettait d&rsquo;\u00e9viter la formation de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts dans l&rsquo;\u00e9purateur de fum\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p>Par le pass\u00e9, ces d\u00e9p\u00f4ts n\u00e9cessitaient un nettoyage du syst\u00e8me toutes les 8 semaines environ, car les performances de l&rsquo;\u00e9purateur n&rsquo;\u00e9taient plus suffisantes.<br \/>\nEn outre, les conduites d&rsquo;alimentation des buses d&rsquo;absorption ou les buses elles-m\u00eames devaient \u00eatre remplac\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tat de l&rsquo;\u00e9purateur et du r\u00e9cipient de pr\u00e9sentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 document\u00e9 avant et apr\u00e8s le fum\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Donn\u00e9es de l&rsquo;installation :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incin\u00e9rateur de d\u00e9chets Capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;incin\u00e9ration 180.000 Mg p.a.<\/li>\n<li>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00e9puration des gaz de combustion : S\u00e9cheur par pulv\u00e9risation-\u00e9lectrofiltre-lavage humide (3 \u00e9tapes, sans effluents)-r\u00e9acteur \u00e0 coke actif-catalyseur (SCR)<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9bit de gaz d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement 60.000 <sup>Nm3\/h<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avant de commencer le dosage, l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de l&rsquo;\u00e9purateur de fum\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 document\u00e9 et ensuite, comme d&rsquo;habitude, nettoy\u00e9 m\u00e9caniquement.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s la mise en service de l&rsquo;installation, le dosage d&rsquo;HELAWAX HUM a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 en fonction de la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau d&rsquo;appoint.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s peu de temps, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que les quantit\u00e9s de s\u00e9diments provenant du filtre de la sonde de mesure du pH \u00e9taient en baisse.<\/p>\n<p>Comme pr\u00e9vu, l&rsquo;\u00e9purateur de fum\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert et expertis\u00e9 apr\u00e8s 4 mois.<\/p>\n<p>De l\u00e9gers d\u00e9p\u00f4ts r\u00e9siduels \u00e9taient encore pr\u00e9sents dans le r\u00e9servoir.<br \/>\nIl s&rsquo;agissait manifestement d&rsquo;anciennes incrustations qui s&rsquo;\u00e9taient accumul\u00e9es dans le r\u00e9servoir sous forme de grosses coquilles.<br \/>\nAucun nouveau d\u00e9p\u00f4t ne s&rsquo;\u00e9tait form\u00e9.  <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tat du ring-jet \u00e9tait impeccable.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble du laveur de gaz d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement, y compris les buses d&rsquo;absorption, \u00e9tait propre et exempt de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait donc plus n\u00e9cessaire de nettoyer l&rsquo;\u00e9purateur de fum\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
