FINEALGA CD-10<\/em><\/strong> is a highly effective, ready-to-use active ingredient concentrate and is used as a broad-spectrum biocide in a wide range of water treatment applications.
\nIt supports the hygienic operation of cooling towers, wet separators and evaporative cooling systems in accordance with VDI 2047-2 and 42nd BImSchV. <\/p>\n

FINEALGA CD-10<\/em><\/strong> acts as a powerful disinfectant and reliably combats microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and algae even at low concentrations.
\nLegionella in particular is effectively eliminated in accordance with DIN EN 13623 at economical application rates. <\/p>\n

FINEALGA CD-10<\/em><\/strong> can be used in acidic, neutral and alkaline operation in a wide temperature range and is superior to conventional biocides based on chlorine or hypobromite, especially at alkaline pH values in the cooling water.<\/p>\n

The development of bacterial resistance can be ruled out even after many years of use.
\nIt is not necessary to change the biocide regularly. <\/p>\n

Mode of action:<\/h5>\n

FINEALGA CD-10<\/em><\/strong> is a highly concentrated, ready-to-use preparation that enables chlorine dioxide to be produced in situ in the required quantities, i.e. directly in the water to be treated.
\nThe product is supplied as a single liquid component that can be easily mixed with any water without leaving any residue.
\nThere is no need to install a chlorine dioxide system or prepare a stock solution of two components. <\/p>\n

Safety instructions:<\/h5>\n

FINEALGA CD-10 <\/em><\/strong>has optimized properties in terms of safety and user-friendliness compared to stabilized chlorine dioxide solutions and two-component systems.
\nThe product does not outgas, is non-toxic and is not classified as oxidizing.
\nThe product therefore meets the highest safety requirements for storage and transportation.

Application \/ dosage:<\/h5>\n

For optimum effectiveness FINEALGA CD-10 <\/em><\/strong>is dosed directly from the delivery container into the water to be treated.
\nIt can be added by hand or with a suitable dosing pump as continuous dosing or intermittently. <\/p>\n

The dosing quantity depends on the type and quantity of the biological load and is determined accordingly by your specialist advisor.<\/p>\n

FINEALGA CD-10<\/em><\/strong> supplies chlorine dioxide in just one application step and without activation time (real-time in-situ generation).
\nThe redox potential remains in a sufficiently high range even in alkaline cooling water.
\nAs the cooling water pH value decreases, the redox potential increases with the same dosage due to the synergetically increasing oxidizing power of the chlorine-oxygen compounds present in parallel.
\nDosing can be automated by monitoring the redox potential. <\/p>\n

Dosing should be carried out at a point with strong turbulence.
\nIn the case of intermittent use, after the addition of FINEALGA CD-10<\/em><\/strong> the drainage of the cooling tower should be closed for some time if possible. <\/p>\n

The chlorine dioxide concentration present in the system can be determined photometrically using the DPD method or by means of a rapid test, both as an excess of chlorine dioxide and the concentration of free and total chlorine.<\/p>\n

Packaging types \/ storage \/ shelf life:<\/h5>\n

It is supplied in liquid form in containers of 30, 240 or 1,200 kg.<\/p>\n

If stored in a cool and dark place at a temperature range of 0\u00b0 to +35 \u00b0C, the product can be stored for approx. 6 months.
\nAfter this period, a reduction in the active content may occur. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
