Mode of action:<\/h5>\n

FINEAMIN 95 T is a mixture of cationic polyelectrolytes (free of zinc and chromate).<\/p>\n

The product is used to condition non-decarbonized make-up water for cooling systems with high carbonate hardness, stabilizes this hardness in air conditioning systems, chillers and condensers and has an excellent corrosion-inhibiting effect on steel under these conditions.<\/p>\n

The stabilization of the carbonate hardness in the water allows a considerable supersaturation of calcium carbonate and an increase in the pH value. The polyelectrolytes support this effect and also act as dispersing agents.<\/p>\n

The supersaturation of the carbonate hardness is particularly important for the corrosion-inhibiting effect on steel, as this creates surface layers in oxygenated, flowing water that ensure highly effective corrosion protection.<\/p>\n

Environmental sustainability:<\/h5>\n

FINEAMIN 95 T has been assessed by medical and hygiene institutes as ecologically and toxicologically safe and classified as non-hazardous to water. FINEAMIN 95 T can be discharged into the sewage system.<\/p>\n

Application\/ Dosage:<\/h5>\n

The quantity to be used depends on the water quality and the condition of the plant and is determined accordingly by the technical advisor.<\/p>\n

Dosing takes place by means of a fully automatic dosing system, which is controlled depending on the make-up water flow rate, directly into the circulation pump circuit or into the make-up water.<\/p>\n

For systems with stainless steel, the chloride content of 150 ppm should not be exceeded.<\/p>\n

The content of FINEAMIN 95 T is measured using a simple analysis method.<\/p>\n

Delivery terms:<\/h5>\n

It is supplied in liquid form in containers of 30, 60 or 210 kg. A 1000 kg container is available for large customers.<\/p>\n
