flue gas scrubber<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ae376b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ae376b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Our product HELAWAX HUM was dosed into a flue gas scrubber of a waste incineration plant over a period of 4 months.<br \/>\nThe aim was to test whether the dosing could prevent the formation of deposits in the flue gas scrubber. <\/p>\n<p>In the past, these deposits made it necessary to clean the system every 8 weeks, as the performance of the exhaust gas scrubber was no longer sufficient.<br \/>\nFurthermore, the supply lines to the absorber nozzles and the nozzles themselves had to be replaced regularly. <\/p>\n<p>The condition of the scrubber and the storage container was documented before and after the 180,000 Mg p.a.<\/li>\n<li>Flue gas cleaning process: Spray dryer &#8211; electrostatic precipitator &#8211; wet scrubbing (3-stage, wastewater-free) &#8211; activated coke reactor &#8211; catalytic converter (SCR)<\/li>\n<li>Exhaust gas volume flow 60,000 <sup>Nm3\/h<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Before dosing began, the condition of the flue gas scrubber was documented and then mechanically cleaned as usual.<\/p>\n<p>When the system was commissioned, HELAWAX HUM was dosed depending on the amount of make-up water.<\/p>\n<p>After a short time, it was found that the quantities of sediment from the pH measurement probe filter were decreasing.<\/p>\n<p>As planned, the flue gas scrubber was opened and inspected after 4 months.<\/p>\n<p>There were still light residual deposits in the storage tank.<br \/>\nThese were obviously old incrustations that had collected as coarse shells in the tank.<br \/>\nNo new deposits had formed.  <\/p>\n<p>The Ringjet was in perfect condition.<\/p>\n<p>The entire exhaust gas scrubber, including the absorber nozzles, was clean and free of deposits.<\/p>\n<p>It was therefore no longer necessary to clean the flue gas scrubber.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
